On August 20, Da Xin Circuit Board (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Kantech, issued a "Notice to Employees": Due to the impact of environmental policies and the urban development updates in Pingshan District, Shenzhen, Da Xin Circuit Board plans to cease operations by September 30, 2018, and dissolve the entire factory. The dissolution of such a well-established and sizable circuit board company is quite lamentable.

It is reported that Da Xin Circuit Board (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. was established in 1993 and is one of the larger copper-clad laminate manufacturers under Kantech Chemical Group, which was one of the earliest investors in PCB manufacturing. It is a printed circuit board production enterprise, along with its brother companies such as Yilian Da, Kehui, and Jiangmen Rongxin, engaged in the production and operation of single-sided circuit boards, double-sided circuit boards, multi-layer circuit boards, and flexible circuit boards.

Under the leadership of Kantech Group, after more than 20 years of hard work by the Da Xin team, the company has developed very mature circuit board manufacturing capabilities and production technology levels. Among them, the production capacity of single-sided circuit boards is 1.2 million square feet per month, and double-sided multi-layer boards is 350,000 square feet per month. With strong strength, the customer base spans the globe, providing supporting production for well-known domestic and foreign enterprises in industries such as home appliances, audio-visual products, automobiles, communications, and IT.
